She joins The Agency, Alamo as a member of the esteemed Jill Fusari Team, serving clients across Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, Alamo, and Danville. A Lafayette resident herself, Lauren is passionate about helping others find their home within the East Bay’s sought-after communities.
Building authentic relationships with her clients, and working endlessly to achieve their real estate goals, is the cornerstone of Lauren’s business. She understands both the logistical and emotional side of buying and selling property and the significant impact it has on the lives of her clients. Seamlessly preparing a home for the market is one of her strengths—from home prep and staging to marketing and negotiating, Lauren handles every detail.
Before launching her role as an agent with the Jill Fusari Team, Lauren supported listing and buying agents on two top-producing luxury teams in the East Bay. Her wealth of experience gives Lauren the advantage as a real estate agent to understand the complete process of buying or selling a property and how to guide her clients seamlessly through the entire process. Prior to beginning her career, Lauren attended Middle Tennessee State University and earned degrees in Business and Economics.
Lauren is a Northern California native and has lived in the East Bay for most of her life. Her children attend Lafayette schools, she volunteers with the local Daisy troop, is a member of the Lafayette Junior Women’s League, and is a dedicated volunteer with the school’s Parent Teacher Association. Her husband Ben was born and raised in Walnut Creek, has worked in several East Bay schools, and is currently the Principal at Miramonte High School in Orinda. Together, Lauren and Ben own and operate Bronco Baseball Academy, a youth baseball organization founded in 2001 that hosts camps in Walnut Creek for 500 ballplayers every summer between 5-12 years old. On the weekends, you can find Lauren and her family walking the Lafayette Reservoir, riding bikes on the local trails, swimming at Las Trampas Pool Club, going to sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and taking short trips to the city, beach or mountains.
